With over 19 years of experience, Amanda Perez Leder has conceived, developed and managed award-winning health education, capacity-building, and organizational development programs. She has authored numerous curricula and manuals, and led hundreds of presentations and trainings on organizational culture, equity, trauma, and sexuality. Amanda is a seasoned facilitator that motivates and educates people and organizations to respectfully and effectively communicate and navigate conflict and tough topics.

Annie Hernandez has dedicated the past 20 years to working with organizations that strengthen and liberate communities. As the president of Growing Giving, LLC, Annie strives to create spaces in which philanthropy can facilitate compassion and healing. Inspired by art and nature, Annie focuses her philanthropic endeavors on the youth through social justice, advocacy, and personal transformation.

Sophia brings a global perspective to her leadership, specializing in growing equitable partnerships, fostering collaboration, and optimizing teams for creative brilliance. In addition to her 15+ years of working in partnership with expert grassroots community leaders, Sophia's training includes a Bachelor of Science in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, a Masters of Science in Development Studies with a global health focus from the University of London SOAS and a Fulbright international health-focused research fellowship.

Katayoon Majd
Katayoon Majd has extensive social justice experience as a public interest attorney, advocate, and grantmaker. In 2021, she founded Katayoon Majd Consulting to help social justice organizations and foundations maximize their impact. Most recently, she was the Director of Criminal Justice Initiatives at Borealis Philanthropy, overseeing a team managing two donor collaboratives that support BIPOC-led grassroots organizing groups to transform policing and pretrial justice in the criminal legal system. Previously, she served as Program Director for Youth Justice at the Public Welfare Foundation, where for nine years she directed grantmaking to keep youth out of the adult criminal justice system, dismantle the youth prison model, and advance a racially just, community-based vision of youth justice.
